My husband and I have been regular customers for over twenty years. The food is always fantastic, but I have to say the Friday fish fry is consistently, without fail, the absolute BEST! The prices are ridiculously affordable and the staff is always wonderful!

Bar drinks...I had an old fashioned and it was watered down my girlfriend had a bloody mary and it was very strong. Service was slow even though there wasn't a lot of people there. When they brought the meals out they brought the kids meals last I have never seen that done before. The salad bar was good and had quite a bit to choose from. The prime rib had good flavor but needed to be trimmed better it had a ton of fat and gristle (1/2 was fat not exaggerating). For the price they charged it wasn't worth it. I like some fat but that was way too much. Not sure that I would go back.

What an absolute treat! Delicious steaks, salad bar, soup, and twice baked potato. Friendly bartender and great pours. Classic supper club music in the background. Old-fashioned décor which creates the mood for a unique dining experience. Oh, and the prices are old-fashioned, too. A must stop in Beaver Dam.

If you have children, walk past the bar and past the coat rack. There are coloring books, crayons, "I Spy" books, little stuffed animals, card games, and even a tea set in the drawers. Perfect for keeping young ones busy and distracted while waiting for a table (if busy, like on a Friday) or while waiting for your food.If there is a wait (like on a Friday), ask to get a menu ahead of time, that way you can order as soon as you are seated. They will sometimes offer to take your order before you're seated even.

We tried Voelker’s Steak House and my friend and I both agree we will never go back. They only had one waitress working so it took awhile to get our order taken. The salad bar, soup and baked potato was good but I only have two words for the steaks...dog meat. Also, don’t drink the water. It tasted terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Food is good and friendly service

Normally I enjoy eating here but tonight was horrible. The bartender was complaining about other reastuarant help. We ordered prime rib and we were both possitive that it was not prime rib. My husband wouldnt take more than a few bites. Our waitress asked how the food was and we said not good said it tasted like beef roast where she then started arguing with us. We asked for the bill so we could just leave and then she caused a sceen in front of everyone in the dinning room. She did take $10 off our meal after arguing with us again. Wont be going back

Love it I'm from Oklahoma and I was in Wisconsin and ate there last year. So we had a family dinner there this year when I came here to Wisconsin. Nostalgic for me my parents are there also and my mom is gone now. The quality of food the amount you get for the price cannot be beat anywhere I promise. Family ran buisness with an old time feel and everyone knows everyone and if they dont they make you feel like you are part of their family experience. Also located across from a beautiful park. Cant say enough good about this place.

Food was delicious....especially the shaved prime rib sandwich...and 2 guys that were eating there gave my 6 year old a light up cube to put in his drink...totally made his day!

Food was very good, on this night the service was very good, also. This is a step back in time, a Beaver Dam staple. bartender very slow, and can be grumpy, just adds to the place. This a must stop, you will never get a bad meal. Prices are very good.

Classic Wisconsin supper club. Great fish fry. Try the whole fried potatoe. Introduced to it 25+ years ago, It is my go to potatoe. You will not be disappointed.

Been going there for 20 plus years..my whole family and extended family..I go there for the lobster pieces.. never been able to find that entree any where else and they have perfected it on little chunks of golden heaven...I tell everyone to just go and have a steak.. lobster.and the old style salad bar..have a drink at the bar.. experience the old back bar.. awesome....the Rhodes's

Waited 20 minutes after they said they were seating us. They took our order while we were still standing in the bar. It's a good thing they have the smallest salad bar I have ever seen, cause our steaks where out before we had time to eat our salads. The cook should really learn what spices are. They have season salt on the table I guess to season your steak. I prefer my seasoning to be cooked into my food. We will not be returning.
